Please do not make an appointment if any of the following apply to you:
1. You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
2. If any member of your household has COVID-19
3. You are awaiting test results for COVID-19
3. You have had COVID-19 in the last 30 days
4. If you think you may have COVID-19 but have not been tested
If you have a future appointment and you have either since been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are awaiting a test result, please call and let us know. We are happy to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
Please wear a mask in common areas such as our lobby and the Glow Room. You will find bottles of hand sanitizer throughout our building. Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often.
